Project No. 26-294 The City of St. George is seeking qualified general contractors to perform alterations to three existing buildings comprising the St. George Police Department (SGPD) Campus. The project involves interior reconfigurations, mechanical system upgrades, and exterior improvements across all three structures: the Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie Buildings. Design documents have been prepared by FFKR Architects and will be provided to contractors upon solicitation. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with those construction documents, applicable building codes, and any City of St. George specifications referenced therein.
