Renovation of a multi-residential development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project involves the replacement of stoops and handrails at Harbor Homes Annex under General Construction for the 2025 Capital Fund Projects. Bidders must submit sealed bids with a bid security of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder is required to provide a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Insurances. Contractors must comply with employment non-discrimination requirements, the Resident Employment and Training Requirements of Executive Order #11246, and Section 3 Clause of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Contractors are required to follow the HACE Minority Business Enterprise Policy, utilize minority and female-owned businesses to the greatest extent feasible, and provide employment opportunities for public housing residents. Prevailing wage provisions must be observed.
