The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the equipment and must guarantee the design, material, and workmanship according to the standard factory warranty, providing the warranty policy with the bid. Bids must be submitted on the standard PROPOSAL FORM, completed in ink or typed, and returned with the complete bidding documents in an envelope clearly labeled with specified language. Failure to comply with submission instructions will result in disqualification. Bids must be signed by an authorized representative with names printed or typed below the signature. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities or technicalities.
