Project Description: (An in-depth narrative of the details of the project and any unique features, including but not limited to tight site, overtime/nights/weekend work, specialty trades, LEED certification, research lab, medical space, museum space, occupied renovation, residence hall, special equipment, etc.) The project scope includes replacing air handling units and upgrading BAS controls in three occupied buildings. Flexible scheduling may be necessary to accommodate ongoing research. Strategic seasonal planning may also be necessary to minimize disruption to building user activities. Building site access is moderate and will merit proper planning for rigging, material laydown, and work access.
