Demolition for a residential development in Lyons, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.
The Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation is requesting sealed bids for the controlled demolition with asbestos in place of all structures at specified properties. The properties listed for demolition are 20 Shuler St, Lyons, NY; 11627 Ridge Rd, Huron, NY; 1438 Van Dyne Spoor Rd, Savannah, NY; and 6922 Church St, Red Creek, NY. Additional alternate bid work includes 1840 No.39 Rd, Savannah, NY; 6472 East Townline Rd, Williamson, NY; and 35 Phelps St, Lyons, NY. The structures have been determined to be structurally unsound and must be demolished in accordance with the requirements of 12 NYCRR Part 56-11.5 (controlled demolition with asbestos in place). Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
