Remodeling of the basement of the Wright Branch Library for multiuse purposes. Questions or requests regarding this project are due no later than three (3) days prior to bid date and shall be directed to: Brian Shippy Structural Dynamics, LLC (307) 682-2605 Ext. 1 brian@sdwyo.com Question Deadline 07/04/2026 Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally consists of: demolition of existing interior construction; cold-formed steel partition walls with gypsum board finishes; painting; acoustic grid ceilings; plastic laminate casework and countertops; carpet and LVP laminate flooring; new hvac ductwork and modifications to existing ductwork; water supply and drain plumbing; electrical power supply and distribution; lighting ; and other incidental work as indicated on the plans. All work shall be completed per the Design Plans and Specifications. Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE) provisions not required
