Professional pressure washing and window cleaning services are required for Buildings H and L to maintain facility cleanliness, appearance, and operational condition at a continuously operating research campus. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning materials, transportation, and safety measures necessary to perform exterior pressure washing of building surfaces, curtain wall systems, storefront glass, entry doors, canopies, skylights, and atrium glass. Following exterior cleaning, interior and exterior window and glass surfaces, including partitions, lobby glass, conference room glass, doors, sidelights, frames, mullions, sills, and tracks shall be cleaned. Work includes removing dirt, dust, smudges, water spots, and environmental buildup while ensuring surfaces are left clean, streak-free, and undamaged. The contractor shall comply with all OSHA safety requirements, provide appropriate personal protective equipment, secure work areas, maintain safe access for pedestrians and vehicles, and ensure personnel are properly trained for elevated work. A safety plan, job hazard analysis, and cleaning materials must be submitted for approval prior to performance. The contractor shall coordinate scheduling with the Government, ensure background requirements are met, protect surrounding property and landscaping, prevent water intrusion, and properly dispose of all waste in accordance with environmental regulations. All work areas must be cleaned daily, and any damage resulting from contractor operations shall be repaired at no additional cost.
