Site work and paving for a road / highway in Toms River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Removal of traffic stripes and pavement markings, including supply of required materials. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, traffic control, mobilization, disposal services, and incidentals necessary to remove existing traffic stripes and pavement markings along North Bay Avenue in accordance with the attached plans. Removal operations shall be performed utilizing high-pressure water jet technology. The removal process shall effectively eliminate the existing pavement markings while minimizing damage, scarring, grooving, discoloration, or deterioration of the underlying pavement surface. Upon award the Contractor shall schedule a pre-construction meeting with the County Engineer's office. Work on this project is anticipated to start immediately after award, and the pre-construction meeting
