Site work and paving for a road / highway in Naples, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The project requires the contractor to replace a total of 61 existing decorative street signs, directional paddles, roadway speed signs, and informational signs within the Lely Golf Estates MSTU. All replacement work must ensure that the newly installed signage meets current Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) specifications for roadway signage. The work includes removing all existing signposts and signs, installing 61 new decorative signposts and signs on a one-for-one basis, and verifying that each installation complies with all applicable FDOT standards (including mounting height, concrete footers, lateral offset and setback, visibility, retroreflectivity, sign orientation, sign dimensions, and layout). All sign blades and paddles must be mounted level, oriented correctly, and tightened to manufacturer standards. Metal square posts and signage must be saved for return to Traffic Operations. The contractor is responsible for disposing of all removed materials per Collier County guidelines, performing a final inspection of all installed signs, providing updated documentation for asset inventory, and conducting a walkthrough with the ROW Inspector after installation. The work must be completed within 365 days from receiving the purchase order. Contractor responsibilities include verifying field conditions before installation, providing pictures of completed work, maintaining safe traffic operations (MOT certification if applicable), protecting property and utilities, securing all required licensing and permitting, providing a one-year warranty from final payment, and ensuring all work is performed Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm), with weekend work requiring approval. Interested contractors must arrange a field meeting with the MSTU Project Manager before bidding. Bidders must submit their response online through the specified procurement portal and provide all required supporting documentation, such as proof of insurance, E-Verify enrollment, required licenses, and corporate status.
