Description 1.1. The Trois-Rivieres Municipal Housing Authority (the "Client") is a not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to help low-income individuals and families secure suitable housing, whilst supporting its clients in becoming self-reliant with a view to sustainable development. 1.2. The Client is inviting tenders for the Project with a view to awarding a lump-sum construction contract (general contractor model). The project involves the replacement of 15 balconies in the Ste-Cecile district of Trois-Rivieres (the "Project"). This project covers several buildings housing families. 1.3 The Contractor must comply with the completion deadline for the Works, which is 30 October 2026
