The Lawrence Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms to assist LEDC in Architect/Engineering (A/E) Services for the Chesapeake Riverfront Project, Chesapeake, Lawrence County Ohio. Project involves the design and construction oversight of roadway improvements, trails, parking, boat launch ramp, and pier, along with permitting for riverfront improvement. Statement of Qualifications must include name of firm, qualifications, representative projects, identification of specific personnel to be assigned to project, including resumes of these persons, similar project experience, firm history, and references. EDC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and statements of qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
