Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Era, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 12,800-square-foot educational facility; for asbestos abatement for a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The project will consist of the removal of asbestos containing materials in locations designated by the GC / AC. The AAC shall conduct all asbestos-related and non-asbestos related work required to complete their work as herein specified and as specified on the specific work order. The AAC is responsible for the cleaning of all areas listed in the scope of work and removal of all listed asbestos containing building materials and asbestos containing or contaminated materials and waste as specified in this scope of work and identified in their contract with the General Contractor. All work will be in accordance with all regulatory requirements and all requirements set forth in this document. Mann Made Construction (CMaR) is requesting proposals from interested subcontractors for the abatement and demolition of an approximately 12,800 sq ft gymnasium building at Era ISD. Project Scope to Include: Abatement: - Abatement per attached Plan prepared by Flint Inspection Consulting Services. - Fees for asbestos consultant will be paid by Mann Made. Demolition: - Full demolition, removal, and disposal; including all foundation elements, of existing gymnasium building of approximately 12,800sqft. - 2 existing gas furnaces are to be salvaged for owners use. - 4 exterior HVAC condensers serve the adjacent school building and are in use, protect in place from damage for duration of the project. - Protect all ISD buildings from damage and debris accumulations. - Keep all areas outside of fenced work area clean and picked up of debris. - Demolition contractor to coordinate daily bus traffic with Cmar/ISD. - Storm water runoff / containment to be the responsibility of the demolition contractor. - Any bulk water needs are to be provided by demolition contractor. Mann Made and Era ISD will evaluate proposals and reserve the right to schedule an in-person interview for any or all or none of the respondents. Subcontractors may bid abatement and demolition together as 1 project proposal. Subcontractors may bid the abatement or demolition as stand-alone items. Mann Made Construction, as CMAR of the project will provide: - Utility disconnects - Water, sewer, gas, and electric - Site perimeter fencing - To be coordinated with selected demolition company. - Site temporary restrooms.
