Construction of the Collier Area Transit Fuel Station Expansion at Radio Road Facility, located in Collier County, Florida. Sealed bids are invited. Prospective bidders must register online. Full project documents are available upon registration. The contractor is responsible for moving furniture and/or equipment if necessary to perform the work included in the contract. The contractor is responsible for placing the furniture and/or equipment back in its original location. The contractor is responsible for any damages to furniture, equipment, etc., which occur during construction. The contractor shall provide protection for floors, walls, furniture, equipment and any other items that may be subject to damage during the construction periods and will be required to repair or replace to original or better condition. Demolition and new construction work associated with the installation of one new 12,000 gallon above ground fuel tank and the refurbishment/conversion of two existing fuel tanks as indicated on drawings. The anticipated project budget is: $435,000.
