Richards Estates Improvements includes asphalt paving, water, sewer, and drainage work in Gregg County, TX, for the City of Kilgore. The project estimate is $1,100,000. Bidders are to consider these types of work for their proposals. The RICHARDS ESTATES (PW25-02) project consists of the following: installation of approximately 1,878 linear feet of public water line, fire hydrants, and domestic water services, 1,402 linear feet of public sanitary sewer line, manholes and sewer services, 353 linear feet ofstorm sewer pipe, concrete inlets, 337 linear feet of a trapezoidal concrete drainage channel, 498 linear feet of metal beam guard rail, and pulverization and construction of a hot-mix asphaltic concrete street at Looney Avenue, Ash Lane and Dogwood Trail in Kilgore, Texas. Demolition of existing asphalt and concrete pavement as well as water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer will be necessary for this project.
