Closing Time: 2:00 PM NT ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this project. ** The purpose of this RFP is to select an Applicant who will provide global custody services, global tax documentation completion services and securities lending services for the investments of WorkplaceNL, including without limitation settlement, safekeeping, delivery, investment accounting, income collection, securities valuation, compliance reporting, short-term cash investments, corporate action and the services in connection with these investments. The successful Applicant is expected to have demonstrated the experience, financial stability and ability to provide custodial services for a wide range of investment products, both domestic and international, and must demonstrate that its custodial capabilities and internal controls are consistent with industry standards. WorkplaceNL's service requirements and other pertinent information that Applicants must use in developing their Proposal is provided in detail in the Approach and Methodology section herin. Any questions related to the RFP must be directed in writing by email to purchasing@workplacenl.ca or through the RFP posting on online and received by WorkplaceNL before 4:00PM Newfoundland Time on June 26, 2026. Date of award (tentative) : JULY 16, 2026 The term of the agreement will be for a period of three (3) years. WorkplaceNL will, in its sole discretion, have an option to extend the agreement for an additional term of two (2) years on the same terms and conditions.
