Site work for a mixed-use development in Stonecrest, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Stonecrest is seeking a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide recreational access to South River located at Everett Park through a fixed (one-time) project. Work includes the improvement of the Everett Park parking lot and installation of a kayak launch dock. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, machinery, and other incidentals necessary to perform the work as requested. Prices offered on Attachment "B" - Bid Cost Proposal Form are all inclusive and shall constitute complete compensation. Bidders should incorporate the cost within the provided bid line items in Attachment "B." Official bid documents must be obtained online.
