Site work for a water / sewer project in Puyallup, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of the project includes excavation, and demolition of two 12,000 gallon underground storage tanks, fuel islands, concrete, monitoring equipment, all appurtenances and restoring the site with clean asphalt. Liquidated damages will be included in the contract at $500.00/day beyond the date of substantial completion. A certified or bank cashier's check payable to the Owner or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid. Make payable to Puyallup School District and enclose with bid. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or for no reason, to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or to reject a bid, which is in any way incomplete or irregular.
