Scope includes, painting, lighting, chip & patch concrete/masonry, one cctv camera, pedestrian ramps drain, decorative vinyl facade & other minor furnishings. DTC reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, for sound, documentable, business reasons, subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the DTC, the State of Michigan and the United States Department of Transportation. The successful bidder will be required to comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Firms or individuals whose names ear on the U.S. Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors will not be considered.
