Requirement contract for the installation of V/C floor tile in apartments at Bronx River Houses, Bronx River Addition, and Boynton Ave, located in the Bronx neighborhood (BX01). No bid security is required. There will be a series of seven requirement contracts for V/C floor tile installation in various developments that will be solicited and awarded separately. The contract term is three years from the award date, with up to two one-year renewal options at NYCHA's discretion. Only one contract in the bid series will initially be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor, with the possibility of additional awards as described in the limiting award provision. Labor Law 220i registration with the NY State Department of Labor is required for both bidders and subcontractors. Bidders must be prequalified as approved suppliers on NYCHA's Tile Pre-Qualification List. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply by the bid submission deadline. Only electronic bids submitted through iSupplier will be accepted; paper bids are not accepted. Vendors are responsible for adhering to the prevailing wage schedule.
