Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) seeks a single turnkey provider for hazard modeling, engineering, permitting, materials procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout of two independent blast wall enclosures to protect above ground gasoline/diesel tanks and a liquefied natural gas (LNG) system. Proposals are requested from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to deliver complete, design-built, HUD-compliant blast wall systems, which must include: one enclosure for the above ground gasoline/diesel fuel tanks, one enclosure for the LNG fueling station tank, full hazard modeling (blast, thermal, dispersion), full structural and civil design, all permitting and regulatory submittals, complete construction, commissioning, and turnover of finished systems. All work must meet or exceed federal, state, and local standards, including HUD, NFPA 30, NFPA 59A, UFC, API RP 752/753, and Florida Building Code wind borne debris requirements. The project is at the Energy Services Center (ESC), 1701 South 37th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34947.
