Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

is mobilization and demobilization, sweeping and cleaning of the dirt and debris from the roadway surfaces and paving notches at all begins and ends of roadways and paved driveways and intersections, includes furnishing and placing Asphalt tack coat on existing pavement surfaces and sealing all finished joints and traffic control according to Pub. 212, 213 and the MUTCD. All work must be completed in accordance with current PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and its supplements. Furnish and place approximately 416 tons of asphalt 9.5 mm paving material; furnish and place approximately 39 tons of 2A material for shoulder back up; perform approximately 16 tons of 19.0 mm asphalt roadway repair. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be made upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
