Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mustang, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.
The City of Mustang Oklahoma is requesting bids for the construction of Mustang Marketplace located at 1001 Mustang Road, Mustang, OK 73064. The work includes the construction of an indoor/outdoor market center and wedding venue in accordance with the project plans and specifications contained within the Bid Documents. Sealed proposals for furnishing labor and materials must be delivered by the specified date and time. Bids received outside the designated time window will not be considered and will be returned unopened. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each sealed proposal. Alternatively, an irrevocable letter of credit of equal value, issued by a qualifying financial institution, is acceptable. Each bidder must also submit a written statement under oath disclosing certain business relationships, as required under the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act; a copy of this statement is included in the Bid Documents. Bidding Documents may be obtained from specified locations or through designated contacts. All costs associated with preparation and submission of bids are the responsibility of the bidder. Bid questions will be due by email to Marcus Fairless (marcus@s45architects.com and Karl Tietz karl@s45architects.com) no later than 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 14th, 2026. Award is subject to final approval.
