Renovation of an educational facility in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Carlton Trail College, in partnership with BHP and the Government of Saskatchewan, is undertaking a major expansion of its Humboldt, SK campus. The project involves transforming the former Peavy Mart building at 10225 8th Avenue into a modern, flexible learning centre to support workforce training needs, particularly for industries such as mining, manufacturing, agriculture, and health care. The renovated facility, covering 2,111 sq.m. (22,725 sq.ft.), will help address skilled labor demands in the region. Proposals are sought from experienced Construction Management companies for the planned renovations. The selected proponent will be required to enter into a "CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract for Services and Construction" and be ready to commence work immediately upon award. RFPs must be submitted electronically in PDF format to Rempel Engineering by the stated deadline, in accordance with the RFP documents.
