Site work for a transportation facility in Martinsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Sealed bids are solicited for construction of the New Terminal Site Development project at Blue Ridge Regional Airport. The work includes demolition and removal, excavation and embankment construction, new airfield pavement (asphalt), traffic management, erosion and sediment control, stormwater improvements, and other ancillary work associated with the project. This is a unit price contract. Bids must be received in the office of the Airport Manager at 525 Airport Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112 by 2:00 p.m. on July 16, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 p.m. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on June 25, 2026 at 11 AM in the Airport Conference Room at the same address.
