WoodGreen Community Services invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the balcony repair project at 802 Eastern Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M4M 1G1. The work generally consists of structural repairs to the third-floor North, South, and East timber balconies. This includes temporary shoring and access, removal and reinstatement of pressure-treated deck planks, sistering of existing 2into10 pressure-treated joists with new 2into10 PT joists, removal and reinstatement of existing metal guards, and flashing repairs, together with all associated work as outlined in the tender package. Proponents are encouraged to review all specifications, drawings, bid forms, and tender requirements prior to submitting a proposal. Submissions shall include all completed bid forms and supporting documentation required by the tender package, including proof of insurance, WSIB Clearance Certificate, proof of applicable licenses, certifications, training and qualifications, Working at Heights training records, proof of experience on similar work, a sample copy of the contractor's warranty, a proposed project schedule, and any additional information required by the tender documents.
