Renovation of a municipal facility in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of UPS at BPU's Electric Control Center located in Kansas City, KS. Replacement of the existing UPS by providing labor and materials for the following: Disconnect, remove and dispose of (2) existing UPS systems and (1) parallel panel. Provide and install (2) new 30KVA UPS systems with a parallel cabinet. Provide and install (5) new breakers in main switchgear. Provide and install (2) new breakers in bypass panel. Provide primary injection testing for all new breakers. Provide and install new feeders properly sized for UPS. Provide and install control wiring from Bypass panel to UPS for bypass interlock. Reuse existing interlock key system. Installation of cabling to Tie cabinet from each UPS. This installation is going to require one complete outage for up to 8 hours.
