Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Glenns Valley Elementary reroof project for Perry Township Schools. Bidders must include bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check of at least 5 percent of the bid sum, including all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent of the contract sum, which will remain in effect for one year after final acceptance of the work. Bids may be held for up to 90 days before awarding the contract. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities. Complete sets of construction documents can be obtained from Reprographix or downloaded as digital files. The bidder is responsible for all project requirements and must enter into a written contract within ten days of acceptance or risk forfeiting bid security as liquidated damages.
