Scope of Work The purpose of this ITN is to enter a contract with a public-private partnership to design , build, finance and operate a recreational vehicle (RV) park located in Tallahassee's Innovation Park. At a minimum, FSU requires: 1. Planning and Design, including: Conceptual and final site planning O RV Pad layout Ability to accommodate 45-foot buses Internal roadways with proper turning radius Landscaping Stormwater management 2. Construction, including: Site preparation and infrastructure installation Utility connections (water, sewer/septic, electric, internet) Construction of pads, roads, lighting and signage Development of common facilities and amenities 3. Operations and Management, including: Park operations and maintenance Reservation and fee collection Guest services and security Marketing and promotion Planning to accommodate Boosters reserve for 7 home football weekends (Thursday -Sunday) Shuttle services to Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee, FL 4. Features and Amenities, including: Full RV hookup sites - water, sewer, 50- amp electric Restrooms and shower facilities Laundry facilities Check-in / office space WiFi connectivity Community gathering space and/or pavilion Playground, fire pits, golf cart rentals O Lighting and security The objective of this ITN is to enable FSU to contract with a Respondent for the development, financing, construction & operation of a RV park within Tallahassee's Innovation Park in Tallahassee, FL.
