Site work for a water / sewer project in Jessup, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose is to provide minor upgrades at the Dorsey Run Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes replacing the sewage/septic screen, replacing lime conveyance system components under the existing lime silo, replacing the existing lime system PLC, and other associated electrical and related items. All work is to be done at the Dorsey Run Wastewater Treatment Plant at 7938 Brock Bridge Rd, Jessup, MD 20794. Bidders must submit electronic bids through the MES Procurement Portal. Bids sent by mail, email, fax, or hand delivery will not be accepted. Requested information must be submitted on or before the bid due date; late submissions are not accepted. Conditioning a bid or proposal will deem it non-responsive and it will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically, and the bid tabulation will be posted on the MES Procurement Portal within 48 hours of the bid opening. There is an MBE participation goal of 20%.
