The Work generally consists of the following items The replacement of the existing sanitary sewer and the replacement (and one new addition) of existing sanitary manhole structures with new for an approximate pipe length of 175m on Archibald Avenue, and includes three new precast manhole structures (one being in a new location near the street end). The new sanitary piping will be 250mm diameter PVC DR35, will begin in front of Civic 17 and conclude at the added manhole (NSAMH04) near the end of the street. During installation of the new added manhole (NSAMH04), the existing clay sanitary down flow of this manhole is to be trimmed back and then coupled to a PVC stub which will connect to this new manhole. Along the length of the main, 19 residentialsanitary laterals are to be replaced back to the property/street right of way line. The project will involve the replacement of an existing 150 mm waterline, a 250 mm sewer line, and a full-depth rebuild of the roadway complete with 200 mm Type II Gravels, 100 mm Type I Gravels, 60 mm Type B Asphalt, and 40 mm Type C Asphalt from Cottage Road to the End of Archibald Avenue.
