Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a industrial development; and water / sewer project.

Base Bid work shall include, but shall not be limited to, site clearing, construction of a facility pad site approximately 80 acres for future development, associated stormwater conveyances and best management practice facilities to meet the current stormwater regulations. Bid Option 1 work shall include, but shall not be limited to, site clearing, construction of approximately 2300 LF of railroad subgrade cut and fill earthwork and drainage to complete the grading only for the future rail spur line connection as indicated on the plans. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
