Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project involves the installation of an 8.5-ton cold climate heat pump system at Town Hall. The scope of work includes supplying and installing the heat pump system, smart thermostats, removal and disposal of existing equipment, commissioning, and all associated labor, materials, permits, and documentation. Contractors must provide proof of insurance and are responsible for field-verifying all existing conditions prior to submission. Proposals can be submitted in person, by email, or by mail.
