Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The work includes the removal and disposal of existing metal roofing, asphalt shingles, gutters, downpipes and fascias and the supply and installation of new metal roofing, asphalt shingles, gutters, downpipes and fascia. The work also includes the painting of the fascias and downpipes to match existing paintwork. All downpipes will have a clean out positioned approximately 4 feet above ground level. The contractor will provide a 10- year RoofStar guarantee. All arrangements for the RoofStar guarantee is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost of the 10-year RoofStar guarantee is to be borne by the contractor and included in the bid price.
