Quail Hollow Mutual Domestic Water Users Association requests bids for water system improvements identified as Bid Alternate #1 in the plan set titled "Construction Plans for Quail Hollow Water System Improvements." The work consists of constructing 4-inch PVC waterlines, installing valves and appurtenances, performing service line reconnections, and setting flush hydrants. The work described as base bid construction was completed under a previous contract, and record drawings from that contract are provided as an exhibit. Bidders should obtain bidding documents from the designated website and are encouraged to register as plan holders. All official notifications, addenda, and documents will be available only through the designated website. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who does not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference at the project site.
