Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The County of Stearns seeks bids to provide a new Justice Center Campus garage facility. The Contractor is responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to complete the project. The scope of work includes structural steel supply and miscellaneous metals for the construction of a new garage facility to house vehicles and equipment. Two bid packages are available and will be awarded separately: 05A Structural Steel Supply and 05C Miscellaneous Metals, Rails, Stairs. Owner-contracted work through previous bid packages includes general site grading and soils corrections, site utilities (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, etc.), and exterior improvements (bituminous, landscaping, irrigation, etc.). All bids submitted must be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. Question Deadline 07/07/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Award is subject to final approval.
