Site work for a mixed-use development in West Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The Project consists of sanitary sewer mains, water mains, storm sewer, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, street lighting, sidewalks, and other miscellaneous installations. Each bidder must possess a valid North Dakota contractor's license for the full amount of their bid, as required by N.D.C.C. 43-07-7. Each bidder MUST enclose a copy of their Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal, issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State, and each license must be valid and dated at least 10 days prior to the date set for bid opening, as required under N.D.C.C. 43-07-12. The City of West Fargo will not read or consider any bid that does not fully comply with the requirements above, or the requirements of N.D.C.C. 48-01.2-05.
