Demolition, site work and renovation of a military facility in American Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Renovation and reconfiguration of existing men's and women's restrooms including demolition, janitorial improvements, kitchen space modification, electrical distribution revisions, plumbing, and removal and replacement of upgraded HVAC equipment. The American Fort Armory Latrine Remodel project renovates and reconfigures the existing men's and women's restrooms--originally built circa 1954 and previously upgraded in 2009 renovation (abatement), 2023 Electrical upgrades and 2024 Roofing System Replacement--to increase plumbing fixture and shower quantities to meet current code requirements and Utah National Guard drill weekend operational needs, including full demolition of existing restrooms, improved janitorial and modified existing kitchen space, revised electrical distribution, plumbing, removal and replacement of upgraded HVAC equipment serving the restrooms; all interior work occurs within the existing building foot print with minor patching and repairs of the existing roof system for new and/or reused roof penetrations, with no change to the building's occupancy classification or occupant loads.
