Question Deadline 07/15/2026 at 5:00 PM AKT Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed to the Borough's Purchasing Office. Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular. E-mail questions to Purchasing@matsugov.us The construction of the barge ramp will need to consider tidal fluctuations during construction in order to build the ramp during low tidal periods.
