Removal and installation of a toddler playscape. Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) is seeking proposals for a Toddler Playscape Installation and Removal of existing playscape. Construction services will include, but it not limited to: minor demolition, trash and debris removal, site prep and installation of new Playscape. Location of services: 1102 South Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78704. This project includes the removal of existing playground equipment and surfacing from existing 25' x 25' concrete slab, site preparation and resurfacing of slab, and the furnishing and installation of a new toddler playscape designed for children ages 2-5. The completed playscape will provide a safe, engaging, and ADAaccessible environment that supports imaginative, sensory, and physical play. Demolition and Removal: . Contractor shall remove all existing playground equipment, footings, borders, and associated components within the designated play area. . Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all existing playground surfacing materials. . All demolition debris shall be legally disposed of off-site in accordance with local regulations. . Site shall be cleared, leveled, and prepared for new installation.
