The construction date has not yet been released. The project calls for demolishing the TFC Building – otherwise known as Building 10 – and its associated parking area. As part of the demolition efforts, the TFC will clean up and remove hazards to pave the way for future construction. Once the area is clear, the project will erect a three-story structure on the same property, covering 65,000 square feet.
