Site work and renovation of a military facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
** As of August 24th, 2025, project was awarded to Patrick Constructors LLC, with no awarded amount available ** Rebuild and replace all fire damage at the Alaska Army National Guard Armory including structural and facility restoration. The work at the National Guard Armory shall include the complete rebuild of the damaged sustained from an explosion and fire. This project is to include repairs to the common wall on the drill hall floor, the complete rebuild of the boiler room including replacement of the HVAC system and boilers, rebuilding walls, roofs and ceilings, and all systems damaged by the accident. This Contract shall include all material , supplies, tools, labor, permits, demolition, disposal , design, drawings, and travel if necessary and complete the project described herein.
