Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Requirement contract for installation of V/C floor tile in apartments at Castle Hill Houses, located in Bronx Neighborhood (BX02), Bronx. The contract term is three years from the award date with an option, at NYCHA's sole discretion, to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. No bid security is required. NYCHA will award only one of the series of requirement contracts in this bid series to the lowest responsive, responsible individual contractor, with the possibility of awarding an additional contract if other contracts remain unawarded after the first step. All bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor pursuant to Article 8, Section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law. No interpretation given as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents shall be binding in any way or effective to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents, unless and until such interpretation is issued in writing by the Authority to all bidders and is expressly denominated as an addendum to the Contract.
