This project provides for the relocation of sanitary sewer running through the center of Parcel # 1027151018 off of JFK Road. Currently the sanitary sewer serves properties on both sides of JFK Rd and runs through the center of this undeveloped parcel, limiting future development potential. Over the years there has been filling of the vacant lot, causing the existing 8 inch sewer to fail in several locations as well as being over 30 ft in depth, making it inaccessible for maintenance or cost effective repairs. This project will provide for the replacement of failed sections of sewer and realignment of the sewer in an alignment th at would facilitate future development of the lot. The project is included in the City's 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
