This project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 800 linear feet of undersized storm sewer located west of Harvest View Drive and south of the residential properties along Millstone Drive. The existing storm sewer has been identified as under sized, with no underground storage due to the shallow depths, and has been unable to adequately serve the adjacent properties. Several adjacent properties experienced significant flooding damage during rain storms in 2024 and 2025 when the stormwater runoff was unable to enter the overfull storm sewer, surcharging into the adjacent property basements. This project will upsize the undersized storm sewer and replace deeper, to allow for additional storage capacity in the system. The project will also include some localized regrading within the stormwater drainage easement to promote non erosive conveyance of the contributing stormwater runoff. The project is included in the City's 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
