This work includes the reconstruction, widening and improvement of CR 1304 to generally accepted engineering standards. The contractor shall submit engineered plans that are ready for County approval with an all-inclusive lump sum bid to complete the work as described. The scope of the work is: Roadway Improvement Requirements(see plans) General Conditions _ Maintain and control traffic within project limits _ Install and maintain erosion control devices necessary to adhere to all KPDES regulations.
