Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Dubuque, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
This project includes construction of approximately 3,200 feet of taxiway on the west side of the airfield from Runway 13 to the mid-point of Runway 18/36. This project facilitates development of the west side of the airfield as the east side is nearly built out. This project would include grading, storm sewer drainage and underdrains in preparation for paving and installing edge lights and pavement markings. The project is included in the City's 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 24, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
