The ACUA desires to lease a portion of Lot 1 of Block 840 on the Tax Map of Atlantic City, Atlantic County, New Jersey, also known as 1701 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. The Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) owns and operates a Solid Waste complex in Egg Harbor Township and a Wastewater Treatment Facility in Atlantic City. The solid waste facility includes a landfill, recycling center, composting site, ancillary facilities, and a renewable natural gas project. The Wastewater Treatment Facility services 14 communities and houses the Jersey-Atlantic Wind Farm and a solar PV system. The ACUA emphasizes financial prudence and environmental responsibility.
