Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glenwood, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: Reconstruction of Menges lane in Glenwood, New Mexico, from US-180 to the east approximately 1,000. Reconstruction will include removal of the existing surface and placement of new asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk and ramps. The Project has an expected duration of (90) calendar days to substantial completion Bid security must be at least 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price.
