Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required for the following work: general tank repairs including interior/exterior welding repairs, corrosion-related repairs, and other necessary general repairs such as welding, grinding, and sealing of any pitting found after sandblasting the tanks surfaces; interior and exterior sandblasting, cleaning and recoating, which includes containment, protection, dehumidification, and dust control; replacement of the 18 expansion joint and 18 butterfly valve on inlet/outlet piping and the base of the pedestal; replacement of two 36x36 roof access hatches; replacement of the interior pedestal access ladder safety climb system, interior access tube ladder safety climb system, and interior wet access ladder safety climb system; removal of the existing ladder safety cage and installation of self-closing swing gates and modifications on the intermediary ladder platforms; cleaning and recoating of the interior overflow piping and weir cone within the tanks bowl; installation of a passive mixing system on the inlet/outlet piping; relocation and securing of the existing electrical/coax cables in the access tube; replacement of the obstruction light, photocell, and lightbulbs on the tanks roof; sediment removal of the tanks bowl and disinfection prior to refilling the tank and placing it back into service; installation, integration, and maintenance of a temporary pressure system during rehabilitation, and other miscellaneous items as described in the drawings and the summary of work contained in Section CIP 3.
