Site work and paving for a civil project in Wayne Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Contractor shall provide equipment and manpower necessary to complete the replacement of the existing culvert on Rhone Road, including the installation of approximately 60 LF of 5' diameter smooth lined corrugated plastic pipe (SLCPP); and associated restoration site and roadway restoration. Includes demolition of existing structure and all materials to provide a complete project. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond & Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents & executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates as set forth in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work & to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
